We’re looking for a passionate, positive and energetic Account Supervisor with excellent client and team management skills and a creative, fresh approach to brand communications. Responsible for the day to day running of projects, you will have impeccable organization skills and attention to detail to deliver flawless campaigns for our clients.
The role will be based in our Chicago office, working alongside a small team, delivering work for some of our most exciting clients and projects. The role will involve working closely with the Account Director to deliver against varied client objectives working on tasks such as brand positioning, content creation, live activation, client management and full 360-campaign delivery. As we are an independent agency, you will contribute directly to the success of the business so strong financial acumen is important.
Working in the drinks sector (on household whisky, gin and tequila brands) has its perks and we value candidates with a genuine interest in drinks and bar culture. There’s also an opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally.

What You'll Do
You’ll be thrown in at the deep end and be a key part of an energetic team responsible for servicing some of the agencies biggest clients. As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day client activity and relationships through your team. Your role will consist of working alongside Strategy and Creative teams to develop concepts and write campaign proposals; producing timelines and budgets and managing project delivery.
You will be someone who consistently demonstrates a high standard of work, dedication to self and your team’s improvement, show sound financial control and be solution-oriented. This is a role for a true leader by example, who can inspire excitement and enthusiasm on every campaign and within the agency.
The Skills You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years in a similar role
- Proven strategic and commercial thinking
- Ideally experience in the drinks industry - both consumer and trade
- Experience managing a team
- A glass half full personality - a resiliently positive attitude is key to the White Label ethos

- Confident in your own ability - delivered through a strong work ethic
