We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and energetic Senior Account Executive - someone who’s happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved in every part of our business, be it writing copy, researching key insights, delivering live events, working closely with designers or developing brand strategy.
The role will be based in our new Chicago office, working alongside a small team, delivering work for some of our most exciting clients and projects. If you’d like to be a small cog in a big machine this role isn’t for you. The role will involve working closely with the Account Supervisor to deliver against varied client objectives working on tasks such as brand positioning, content creation, client management and full 360-campaign delivery. Working in the drinks sector (on household whisky and tequila brands) has its perks and we value candidates with a genuine interest in drinks and bar culture. There’s also an opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally.

What You'll Do

You’ll be thrown in at the deep end and support an energetic team responsible for servicing some of the agencies biggest clients. As a Senior Account Executive, you will become a key point of contact for your clients, managing projects day-to-day, owning reporting tasks and helping to nurture and grow client accounts. You will take responsibility for briefing copywriters and designers on client requests, inputting into content for social media management and, with the support of your team, you’ll be involved in the development and delivery of every aspect of project development, delivery and evaluation.
The role of Senior Account Executive at White Label allows you to gain a good understanding of the agency and the varied skills needed to deliver client work before developing your career in one of a number of areas, from client service to planning and strategy, event or digital.
